FMS and GPI shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, however caused, that results from the provision or use of this or any FMS or GPI product or other products or services.

In the event any one or more of the clauses in this User License Agreement is deemed to be invalid for any reason, the remaining clauses will remain in full effect and this User License Agreement will not be voided. You have no right to assign this User License Agreement.

This User License Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of California and you consent to the jurisdiction of the State courts and U.S. Federal courts in the County of Los Angeles, California to adjudicate any dispute arising out of this User License Agreement.
